Arctic Fox Hair Dye Review
Arctic Fox Hair Dye Review is actually cheaper than Manic Panic and Pravana, coming in at $7.99. I ended up buying three colors, Purple Rain, Virgin Pink, and Aquamarine. With automatic two-day shipping it ended up costing me $31.47. Not bad but not exactly a steal. It cost me about the same as Manic Panic would have First impression, the box smelled like sweet sweet candy. Except not like candy at all. If I had to pin down the smell, I’d have to say it smelled more like a sweet powdered beverage than candy.
The smell is kind of hard to explain though, though I know I’ve smelt it before. I just can’t name it, no matter how much I smell the bottle, which turned out to be a lot. I might be a little addicted to sniffing the bottle.
The scent is different from Manic Panic’s light fragrance, but still made the application process enjoyable. No harsh chemicals here!
The bottle is 4 oz, about the same as Manic Panic and 1 oz over Pravana. The dye is Vegan, does not contain Peroxide or Ammonia. It doesn’t have Ethyl Alchol or PPD with added conditioner, putting in line with Manic Panic.

You can use a lightener; you don’t have to use bleach. You can always go to the store and buy some extensions that are blonde, tape in extensions or a clip-in piece, whatever, and color that.
If you’re trying to go pastel and your hair is black, you’re gonna have to bleach the shit out of it there is just no way around that. So, have a professional do it and use a lot of Olaplex.

Arctic Fox vs. Manic Panic
Both brands are vegan, semi-permanent hair dyes.
Manic Panic sells at Php750 per 4oz and Arctic Fox at Php900 per 8oz.
Artic Fox is the cheaper option in this case.
Artic Fox comes in big bottles while Manic Panic containers are small tubs.
The small tubs of MP make it easier for me to put it on my hair because it eliminates the need for transferring the color to another container.
Manic Panic has over 20 colors while Arctic Fox has around 10.
Though Manic Panic has a lot more variety in colors that its counterpart, it doesn’t color as brightly as Arctic Fox.
But this bright color of AF comes with a price. It also stains a lot more than Manic Panic.
So much that it stained my beige nail polish into blue-grey. But it does stay a few washes longer than Manic Panic.
