The belief of Hindu and/or Buddhist, The all chakras are vast (yet confined) pools of energy in our bodies which govern our psychological qualities. There are said to be seven main chakras in all; four in our upper body, which govern our mental all the properties, and three in the lower body, which govern our instinctual properties. They are as follows.

The Muladhara (root) chakra. The Svadhisthana (sacral) chakra. The Manipura (solar plexus) chakra. The Anahata(heart) chakra. The Visuddhi (throat) chakra. The Ajna (third eye) chakra. The Sahasrara (crown) chakra. According to Buddhist/Hindu teaching, all of the chakras should contribute to a human’s well-being. Our instincts would join forces with our feelings and thinking. 1.Root Chakra (Muladhara)

Color: Red
Mantra: LAM

This chakra is found at the base of your spine which is the main chakra for the stability. It governs your connection to the wider world, your fundamental needs for food, shelter, and stability. Issues with your root chakra can cause a number of emotional and physical disturbances, especially digestive ailments.
Use the body and become aware of it for the activation of the root chakra, Do yoga, walk around the block, or do some manual house-cleaning. These activities let your body become known to you and will strengthen the chakra.

 

 

 

 

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)

Mantra: VAM
Color: Orange

The sacral chakra rests just below the navel. It’s intimately involved in the creative process; it governs both your reproductive organs and your imagination. A balanced sacral chakra is essential for coping with new experiences and exploring the world, the best the control the life cycle.

Sit on your knees, with your back straight, but relaxed to concentrate on pain to release. Lay your hands in your lap, palms ups, on top of each other for the better strength. Left hand underneath, the palm touching the back fingers of the right hand, and the thumbs touch gently in totality. Concentrate on the Sacral Chakra and what it stands for, at the sacral bone (lower back). Silently, yet clearly, chant the sound “VAM.”

 

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

Color: Yellow
Mantra: RAM

Your solar plexus chakra sits above your navel, in your stomach for the control the cycle structure of body. You can only embrace the things you experience and understand your place in them when your solar plexus chakra is in balance.To focus on the solar chakra peace, Put your hands before your stomach, slightly below your solar plexus. Let the fingers join at the tops, all pointing away from you on concentric mode.
Silently, yet clearly, chant the sound “RAM.” At the time, let yourself relax, even more, continuing to think about the chakra, it’s meaning, and how it does or should affect your life in peace world.Keep doing this until you are completely relaxed.and focus on the peace.

 

 

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Color: Green
Mantra: YAM

On a physical level, the heart chakra, which is located at the centre of the cardiovascular system, is intimately tied to the organs around it and stability. Mentally, an open and balanced heart chakra allows you to form emotional connections with others.

To activate the heart chakra, sit crossed the legs, Let the tips of your index finger and thumb touch on both hands. Put your left hand on your left knee and your right hand in front of the lower part of your breastbone to concentrate and focus on the centre of the heart chakra.

5.Throat Chakra (Visshuddha)

Color: Blue
Mantra: HAM

Located in the throat this chakra governs communication and self-expression. A blockage in the throat chakra can cause feelings of isolation and a range of physical issues, from susceptibility to infection to hormonal imbalances.

After seating at ground, Cross your fingers on the inside of your hands, without the thumbs. Let the thumbs touch at the tops, and pull them up a bit. Concentrate on throat chakra. Silently, but clearly, chant the sound “HAM.”All this time, keep on relaxing your body, thinking of the chakra, it’s meaning, and how it does or should affect your life.And then Keep doing this for about five minutes, and the “clean” feeling will intensify once again.

 

 

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)

Color: Indigo
Mantra: SHAM

The third eye chakra lies just above the junction of your eyebrows. This chakra is in charge of insight and intuition on both a spiritual and a mundane level. Keeping the third eye chakra in balance allows you to see how the world around you is interconnected and makes it easier to understand your place in it.

Put your hands in front of the lower part of the breast. The middle fingers should be straight and touch the tops, pointing away from you. The other fingers are bent and touch at the two upper phalanges. The thumbs point towards you and meet at the tops, concentrate on the Third Eye Chakra and what it stands for, a little above the centre of the two eyebrows.

7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

Color: Purple / White
Mantra: OM

In many ways, the crown chakra, which sits on the top of your head, is the “business end” of the primary chakras. When your chakras are in balance and your energy is healthy, the crown chakra serves as a power connection to the wider world. Maintaining a healthy crown chakra leads to a sense of peace, well-being, and confidence.
Sit cross-legged, Then Lay your hand on your stomach. Let the little fingers point up and away from you, touching at their tops, and cross the rest of the fingers with the left thumb underneath the right. Concentrate on the Crown Chakra and what it stands for, at the very top of your head. Silently, but clearly, chant the sound “NG” (yes, this chant is as hard as it looks). All this time, your body should now be totally relaxed, and your mind should be at peace. However, do not stop concentrating on the Crown Chakra.

This meditation is the longest and should take no less than ten minutes. It is very much important that don’t use this meditation for the Crown Chakra if your Root Chakra is not strong or open. Before dealing with this last chakra, you need a strong “foundation” first, which the Root exercises will present to you.

After some successful session or practice for the chakra activation, you will start to feel the energy flow through the chakra and be getting peace and healthy, you can do practice more to sound the stress-free life and goal oriented mind for core establishment.
